I designed the GDSP (Global Deal Strategy & Planning) workflow within UNO — an agentic system enabling finance managers to proactively monitor 5,000+ customer deals and execute revenue opportunities in real-time. The workflow was showcased at AWS re:Invent.

What if a finance manager could proactively monitor deals, respond to revenue opportunities, and keep decision-makers in the loop — all from a single intelligent platform?

Meet Steve

Steve is a Finance Manager with GDSP at Amazon Web Services. Before UNO, he was buried in a single deal at a time. Now he monitors 5,000 deals effortlessly — without adding headcount.

Intelligent Command Center

UNO greets Steve with an overview of: On Your Watch — all 5,000 customer deals tracking against thresholds like mega deals over $1B and deals with margins below 20%. Recent Activities — threads and reports like ACME's deal retrospective. Agenda — pending actions like an alert to contact geo-finance about a Netflix deal with $50M ARR. And Jarvis — AI standing by for any query.

Proactive Deal Intelligence

A notification appears: a new $5M credit request from Disney. Steve dives deep to ensure no redundant incentives exist. UNO surfaces comprehensive customer health metrics — PPA credits, SCA agreements, MAP investments, and portfolio health scores across contract types in one view.

AI-Generated Insights

UNO proactively recommends consolidating an insights summary report for leadership. With a click, a comprehensive report is generated including lowlights like Disney's credit request posing a high risk of stacking, plus deal analysis, opportunity & growth potential, and ready-to-action recommendations.

Continuous Monitoring

Months later, UNO surfaces a pending action: Disney's $200M PPA needs account plan updates. Steve sends a reminder — and with a click, his geo-finance team and Disney's account team are alerted. Crisis averted.
